Alaska Airlines Club 49

Club 49 is a benefits program that is unique in the industry because it can be accessed only by residents of one state. Its purpose is to strengthen loyalty among Alaskans. As Alaska Airlines’ in-state agency, MSI is tasked with driving membership, benefits use, brand loyalty and fare sale revenues for Club 49. We created a unique program encouraging the public to send us photos and videos from their journeys with Alaska Airlines, which has given us a huge treasure trove of real Alaskans on real adventures. This foundation of user-generated content enables us to create an unmatchable degree of authenticity in TV ads and video content for social media and digital.
