In 2019, MSI began work on a business problem for a first-time client. Cliff Point Estates, which encompasses a 400-acre residential development in Kodiak, needed help selling lots to affluent buyers from around the world.

Cliff Point Estates is situated along the coast of Kodiak Island, 20 miles outside of the city. The landscape features towering cliffs, black and white sand beaches, rolling hills and incredible 360-degree views. MSI understood that selling acreage parcels of high-end property to buyers with potentially limited knowledge of Kodiak (or Alaska) was outside the “normal” scope of real estate agent marketing materials. We set out to create a suite of pieces that told the story of Cliff Point Estates, underscoring the current and potential value to a buyer.

MSI conducted a photo and video shoot, and the results allowed us to create an interactive website, a beautiful photo book that presented the property in the style of an elegant coffee-table book, property flyers and even temporary signage to direct visitors to the various neighborhoods within the property.
