Indian Country ECHO came to MSI with the objective of creating a website that will serve as the central administrative tool for delivering more than 20 different training programs.
First, MSI developed a sophisticated, database-driven resource center integrated into the website that houses almost 1,500 distinct files or links relevant to the ECHO programs.
Second, we built an elaborate admin account area which would allow the ECHO team to enable each program manager to handle their own program workflows.
Third, we have created a robust events calendar that enables people to join an ECHO with one click when in session.
These improvements helped ECHO meet their goals of increasing operational efficiency, lowering barriers to entry into the system, and thereby facilitating better care for their patients.
